She contributed to national digital education initiatives in Hungary, including curriculum development, Train-the-Trainer programs, mentoring and digital learning implementation reaching thousands of educators and hundreds of schools. She also worked on the adaptation of an international teaching methodology in collaboration with experts from Cambridge University and Budapest Metropolitan University.

She is the creator of Women for Peace, an international leadership and peacebuilding program for women, for which she developed the concept, curriculum, methodology, learning framework and facilitator approach, and led its first international pilot. She is currently developing Leading Across Differences, her signature cross-cultural leadership initiative focused on helping people lead, communicate and collaborate more effectively across cultural, professional and human differences.
