In this fun and interactive class, you'll learn the fine art of creating mouthwatering macarons that are easy enough to make in your own kitchen. Together, we'll demystify the process of making these highly sought
after meringue
based sandwich cookies. You'll be guided step
by
step through meringue mixing (macaronage), piping, baking, assembling, and, of course, eating! We'll also explore a few flavor profiles and filling variations to make your macarons stand out from the rest. Don't miss this chance to perfect your pastry skills! There is a parking lot located on the south side of the building where the entrance is located, parking is approved and permitted on evenings of our classes! Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the venue doors will automatically lock 15 minutes after the start time of class and chef will not be able to open doors as they are already in progress.
