in 🍴 Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment How it works Participants will have the chance to roll out and work with homemade dough, guided by the expertise of our chef instructor, to make their own dumpling wrappers. Chef Alvaro will unveil the secrets of infusing natural colors and flavors into the dough, so you can experiment with an array of tastes and textures.  We'll use flavors such as bell peppers, spinach, and purple cabbage to derive natural colorful extracts. Two different filling options will be demonstrated and available to enjoy during the class: Garlic Ginger Chicken (or Turkey), and Tofu will be substituted for chicken as a vegetarian and vegan friendly option.  There will be an opportunity to try your hands at some knife skills to assist in the filling preparation process.  The culinary adventure continues as you master the fundamentals of dumpling folding, exploring five various shapes such as triangular, crescent, and pleated.
