friendly class. Guided by an expert chef, you'll learn the essential techniques for preparing sushi at home — from cooking and seasoning perfect sushi rice to handling sushi
grade fish and layering flavorful neta (ingredients). In this hands
on workshop, you'll create three popular rolls: a California Roll, a Spicy Salmon Roll, and a Veggie Roll, all while enjoying the lively ambiance of a local brewery. There is a parking lot located on the south side of the building where the entrance is located, parking is approved and permitted on evenings of our classes! Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the venue doors will automatically lock 15 minutes after the start time of class and chef will not be able to open doors as they are already in progress.
