A little slower & stickier than our signature FLOW class Power : A dynamic, challenging Power flow class with the backdrop of birdsong and flowers Transformational Breathwork : Take a deep deep dive into breathwork practices with this immersive, educational 75
minute workshop. This workshop does NOT have a relaxation focus, the bulk of the workshop will be focussed on breath optimisation, sympathetic activation, and shifting energy in a powerful way. Sunday classes: Yoga & Sound  (1 hr)
