As we wander Museum Row and the riverside, you’ll indulge in spirit-infused chocolates revealing deep notes of Kentucky’s finest bourbon, bite into a Short Rib Grilled Cheese with braised short ribs, gruyère, provolone and caramelized onions on toasted homemade brioche, and dip warm pretzels into zesty beer cheese, a regional staple with deep Kentucky roots.
